My wife and I have known Rosemary for over 20 years. My wife bought our townhouse through her; and I sold both my condo and my brother's condo through her.

She is WONDERFUL! Extremely knowledgeable and VERY professional, she gives her clients the kind of personal service that makes a complicated transaction like buying and selling a house an easy and enjoyable experience. Her experience gives her the ability to troubleshoot any issues that might arise...on both the condos she sold for me, we had issues with the buyer financing. Rosemary ran blocking for me and handled it both times, so that all I needed to do was painlessly receive the updates!

With the COVID-19 issues, she handled everything professionally, arranging showings and guiding me through the additional requirements. She was able to adjust the closing date when I chose to switch lenders in the middle of the process, and was able to resolve an issue with the appraisal as well. Rosemary did an excellent job of selling my townhouse in Fairfax this spring. Let's be honest! The world of real estate is one of negotiations, deals, paperwork, legalities, and emotions. And its a game that most of us are not a part of, so jumping in without an ally is like Hodor trying to play The Game of Thrones.

What we liked best having Rosemary as our buyer's agent is she's a perfect combination of tough, sweet, and experienced. The combination of those factors means that she gets what she wants. Because of that I was very comfortable and relieved that she was representing me throughout our offer, closing process, and home inspection negotiations.

Rosemary is an excellent realtor.  She has been the primary real estate agent in the Armfield Farm development for the past 20 + years.  With a track record like her's, we knew we would be well represented.

Two decades ago, my husband and I hired Rosemary Graham to sell our townhouse as we moved into a single family home. We were so impressed that we hired her again when it was time to sell that home. She has been an outstanding realtor- always available to answer our questions and provide advice. She actively worked to sell our house- holding multiple open houses as needed and even sweeping the front porch so it would look great for visitors.
