I met Roslyn Breitstein on one of her Sunday Open Houses. She took a genuine interest in me and what my housing needs were immediately and followed up the very next day with a list of homes for me to peruse. With a combination of solid experience and depth of knowledge in her field, Roslyn Breitstein (aka Rozzy the Realtor) is a realtor you can refer with confidence. After we sold our home Roz helped us re-establish our roots. She first found us a comfortable, nearby rental home and convinced the landlord to lower the rent and to accept our big dog in the bargain. Then, as we began our search for a new home, Roz sent us daily listings to consider in areas both familiar and new to us. She kept in regular contact with us and was so patient with our endless questions. Solely, because of Roz's insight, we found our perfect home in an area we never would have thought to look.
