Ross Derrod

Not only are Ross and Stacey partners in their real estate business, but we are also partners in real life. As husband and wife, they are active in the Chula Vista community.

They have lived here with their three kids since 2000. They love participating in local events. They are active members of Eastlake Community Church.

Ross is known to coach property owners in winning the real estate game. That is because he is also a baseball and softball coach for young people. In March 2018, Coach Ross was recognized by Little League’s District 42 for over 10 years of volunteering and for his dedication and loyalty to the children and families at Eastlake Little League in Chula Vista, CA as well as to the overall Little League International Program.
