Before starting my real estate career in 2002, I served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as an executive for the 3M corporation in New York City. I have and continue to work with many out of state sellers looking to sell their Las Vegas home or investment properties or buyers looking to relocate to the Las Vegas area. Las Vegas has a large military family. My past career in the Navy has helped me understand the professionalism required by active and retired military personnel and their families that might be in the middle of a PCS (transfer) or retiring to a new location.

When the market had a downturn in 2008, I became a certified "Short Sale Foreclosure Resource" expert (SFR) to help homeowners with the short sale of their homes instead of being foreclosed on and good credits ruined. No
