In my 20+ years in real estate I've saved Utah Sellers, Buyers and Investors thousands of dollars through my negotiating skills. I won't just tell you what you want to hear, but I will give you the pros and cons of any investment opportunity, give you factual information, tell you how we can negotiate a better deal and help you make an educated decision on the value of property that you are selling. I answer my phone and give very prompt responses to all calls from other agents to my Sellers and Buyers.

We couldn't have asked for better! Ross is very thorough and knowledgeable. He kept a file of our full situation full of market research on our current home and aspects we were interested in for our new home. He was attentive to our needs and had our best interests in mind. Previous agents I've worked with seemed more interested in the paycheck the deal would result in, but we worked with Ross for about a year before we found our home and he was compensated. Each time we called him he never hesitated to help. We always refer our friends/family to Ross!
