Rowena was a fantastic realtor! As an agent, she was and is extremely knowledgeable of the market, her field as a real estate agent, and of our particular house while we were going through the house sale process.

As first time home sellers, my wife and I had many questions about the process and we were probably pretty needy, but Rowena always displayed the utmost patience with us, and she used every opportunity to educate us and put us at ease. Whether it was a question about a process or a particular section on a form, no question was too small.

Being long distance sellers (we live in NC and our house was in MD), Rowena was helpful in so many ways, including using her extensive Rolodex to help us out by referring us to contractors who she recommended. Honestly, we could not have gotten our house sold as quickly as we did if it were not for her. She recommended at least four contractors who we ended up hiring to get work done and it was her relationship with these individuals that heavily influenced them to prioritize our job above someone else’s job.

It’s no wonder in my mind why she is a top producer with Coldwell Banker. She has the drive, personality, and market and real estate knowledge of a seasoned professional! If you are considering working with her, do not hesitate!! Definitely do it! You will be very pleased with your decision to do so! I give her my strongest recommendation!

Since she has been a lifelong resident of the areas her connections were invaluable.
