As a young working mom of 2 little kids I was very transparent of what I could afford here in San Diego and in today's crazy market. A friend recommended Roxana and since our first phone conversation I could see why they raved so much about her. I honestly did not think my little family was going to be able to own a place but Roxana made it happened for us and in less than a month! I was just wanting to dip my toes in there to see where we stood and now we are moving into our new home.
Roxana is energetic, positive and very VERY patient. She gets back to you quickly and answers all your questions, no matter the time of day. She looks and looks until she finds something just right for you. I am extremely thankful with her for all her hard work and patience. Now every time we arrive to our new home my toddler says "Roxana?" that's how personal she gets with you.
PS She also got us a chocolate cake and balloons when we got the keys and my son loooved it, and he is well aware that it came from Roxana.

Roxana is a fantastic realtor. She initially contacted me several years ago from an online listing I was interested in. I wasn't ready to buy, but her assertiveness impressed me. Two years later she was the first person I called.
At our first meeting she got a sense of what we were looking for and where, and within a week we were looking at a variety of properties that met all of our criteria. The toughest decision that first week was which property to make an offer on because they were all well within what we wanted.
When we lost the bidding war on that first property, Roxana kept her eye on the prize, following up with other owners in the same complex. When another unit was about to come on the market, Roxana made sure we were the first in line to see it. Despite all her best efforts, the owners took the property off the market before anyone could even get in to look at it.
Roxana's deep experience as a realtor, her familiarity with the market, and now with a very solid sense of what we liked and didn't like, she asked if we might be willing to expand the criteria on our search slightly. Now that we had an offer and a bidding war under our belt, we agreed with her assessment.
The following weekend Roxana had three or four places lined up for us to see and the very first one really took our breath away. It was incredible. It was more than anything we thought we'd find or be able to own. She did her homework on other offers that had been submitted, getting a general sense for where they might be. She scoured the property and neighborhood history to try to balance an aggressive offer with our specific financial capability. That first offer got us into the second round of bidding, and Roxana was indispensable with helping us sort through the offer contract, the contingencies, what we should reasonably expect from the seller, and what might make us more competitive as buyers. The offer was accepted. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful home, and this absolutely would not have been possible without Roxana.

This is really just scratching the surface of everything that makes Roxana a great realtor to work with.

As a side note: I've worked with at least three realtors around San Diego previously and was never successful despite submitting some competitive offers. I have to attribute a large extent of our success in getting an offer accepted to Roxana's expertise, her assertiveness, and her diligence. She's always responsive and available, and she's well-connected to the San Diego real estate world.

It’s hard to find the right words to describe the incredible experience my family had with Roxana helping us find our dream home. She made us feel as though we were her only clients and was consistently responsive and professional but also a ton of fun to be around. She is highly intuitive and patient— especially when we had to bring our small kids along during our home tours! She found us our dream home and got us closed within 30 days. I truly did not expect the process to be so smooth— but Roxana is a master in her craft and will take care of you during of one of life’s biggest milestones. An absolute professional and expert in her field of real estate. She was able to effectively communicate the basics of home buying for me and my wife, being that we were absolute beginners in our first home buying process. Of course we had many questions through out all hours of the day and she was readily available and eager to respond and guide us through this process. Additionally, she used her personable character to ease our anxiousness and stress through a very competitive market. She was able to use her vast network of resources to make us just as competitive with other buyers and successfully resulted in our closing of our home that we are truly in love with. My advise to buyers is to trust her knowledge of the business and be open to her recommendations as she always gets to know and have a feel for her clients to make the best recommendations as possible. She has my highest recommendation for new or experienced home buyers and i will use her in the future.

Roxana was highly recommended to my husband and I, by our contractor. He told us that she was very energetic, had a great personality, and was great at her job. Well he wasn't kidding, the minute we met her we knew we were in good hands. She helped us sell our condo and she was great about keeping us informed. She has a lot of knowledge and knows her way around the market. We had so many people wanting to purchase our condo it was unbelievable and exciting. I wish I had another property to sell or buy, so I could hire Roxana again. We had so much fun. I already miss her, texting, calling and talking. Roxana is fantastic, she helped my wife and I buy our first home. My wife and I gave Roxana a call (without any advanced notice) when we first saw the home on a Sunday afternoon. Roxana met us at the property within an hour, and already had a couple strategies on how to approach the purchase. With her knowledge of the market, and experience in real estate she had my wife and I's offer accepted.

As first time home buyers, Roxana has been very helpful throughout the entire process: from working with escrow; to explaining documents and terms; to negotiating repairs on the home. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market to purchase real estate.

There aren't enough words in this world to describe how amazing Roxana is. She is very transparent in every part of the home buying process. She helped me understanding and see things I was concern about in a less stressful way.

First time home buyer relocating from DC to San Diego with time constraints. Contacted Roxana and she immediately began sending us listings in our interested areas to give us an idea of the market. Within 12 hours of our plane landing, Roxana was showing us available homes. After the first day, she got a better idea of our needs and broadened the area for more homes. We chose a home, but I was still weary of the process, but Roxana put me at ease by answering my questions no matter what time of day I needed an answer and kept communicating frequently throughout the process. There were some strange processes dealing with a bank seller, but Roxana worked her magic and had backup plans for everything. I had the pleasure of working with Roxana back in 2015 when I was looking to buy a small condo. As a new home buyer I was very nervous. She was able to ease my fears by explaining every bit of the process. She asked important questions regarding my "ideal" condo. Asked about locations, prices, my wants & needs, amenities etc. She would send me places via email, had me look at them, narrow them down to what I think I may want and then took me around to see various places at first. That initial process really helped me narrow down my searches. Whenever I had a question or was unsure of something she would explain it in ways that I understood. When it came down to making an offer she allowed me to be part of the process. Roxana was great at explaining the difference between what I thought the place was worth and what the Comps/Market were indicating but she still made sure to negotiate for me. She made sure that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the process. I love Roxana's energy, her caring nature and most importantly how hard she worked to make sure I was happy with the price and the home. Throughout every step of the way she helped calm my first home buyer nerves and I appreciate that til this day. I was "that homebuyer" constantly asking questions and not once did she make me feel I was bothering her. Since my condo purchase I refereed her to 2 of my closest friends, because I knew she would treat them the exact same way she treated me. Since then, they have also bought their homes through her. 4 years after my condo purchase I am now looking into a home purchase and I cannot wait to work with Roxana again.
