Roxana is a Realtor with COMPASS, Scott-Finn & Associates, a top producing team serving San Diego County. Born and raised in San Diego, Roxana grew up in a real estate family and has extensive knowledge of the various San Diego neighborhoods. While utilizing a process-driven approach leveraging data, technology, and design, Roxana provides her clients with step-by-step education and high-touch service.

Roxana holds a master’s in public health and has spent 10+ years in the healthcare/public health sector designing and developing national public health campaigns that drive system change and improve population health. She is extremely passionate about helping people and communities thrive.
As an Advisor for the International Wellness Building Institute, Roxana provides education on wellness design and knows the latest tools and resources for creating healthier home environments and communities.
