Working with Roxanne was wonderful. We had just relocated back to Southern California and looking to buy a home. She was able to use her experience to narrow down properties to our personal preferences, in past purchases other agents had not been so good at this and she was. We viewed several resale homes in the area and in the end she found a perfect neighborhood for us that ended up being a new construction build.
