Roy Wannamaker

An avid real estate broker, Roy has resided in the Encinitas area for over 25 years. He received his BS in business administration with a concentration in marketing and international entrepreneurship. After completing his college education, he worked in the golf industry as a regional sales manager for corporate golf apparel. He was able to increase his business and marketing skills in this position and left the industry in 2009 to pursue his career in real estate. Prior to joining the Beal Real Estate team, Roy worked at a prominent San Diego real estate firm as an associate broker. He successfully negotiated numerous short sales, was the lead investment property research analyst and directly assisted $16,000,000 worth of rehab properties. Roy is motivated and capable of helping you with your real estate needs. He is a First time home buyer specialist and posses years of construction management experience.
