Ruben Sanchez was great to work with. He is very professional and keeps you abreast of what is transpiring during the home buying process. I was able to close on my home much sooner than I thought. This financially benefited me because my home rose in value by $12,000 in the first two weeks I owned the home. You can't go wrong with Mr. Sanchez. He knows all the ends and outs of the business and he has the right connections to make things happen for you.

I want to thank Devin for her amazing help with house hunting in the greater Atlanta area. Devin was so thoughtful, diligent and patient. She worked hard to understand and to learn what I wanted. She compiled a list of neighborhoods and did not put any pressure on during the hunt. Looking for a home from out of state is an extra added stress on the process but she was wonderful.

I only had a short time to house hunt but she worked so hard to find options for me and set up appointments for the homes I wanted to see. She even took me around the local neighborhoods to explore and show me around. I feel so lucky to have found her as an agent and I highly recommend her to anyone house hunting in Atlanta.

As a single with three teens who spent 22 months homeless and was barely about to pay rent, I never thought that I would ever be able to own my home.
