Ruma Sikka

Since Ruma obtained her Realtor's license in MD, DC and VA in 2003, she has helped many wonderful Sellers and Buyers achieve the American dream of Home ownership. Her Business is mainly comprised of referrals from her past and current Sellers and Buyers, Family and Friends in all three states.

Prior to Ruma's Real Estate career, she was the President of the Merchant Association at The Shops Mall at the Metro Center in Washington DC, where she owned and operated a Restaurant as well as a Gift shop for thirteen years. She is an entrepreneur so she understands business and she sees Real Estate as an opportunity for her clients where she can help them buy cheap and sell for a profit. Her Business experience together with her Business degree helps her client in determining a fitting property for them. She also has an Interior Design degree, this skill she uses to help stage her Sellers property, yet another bonus for her clients in working with her!

She has been a native of Bethesda, MD since the last sixteen years. She is known for her skills of negotiation, persistence, knowledge of the market and coupled with her enthusiasm makes it a winning combination for her clients.

Ruma's other interests when she is not working are walking the CnO canal trails, yoga and music, and of course watching HGTV. Yes Real Estate is her passion!
