It took less than 10 days from the time we asked her to help us till our offer was accepted. And that too without spending big buck premium on the property. Our journey with Rupal was a wonderful experience!! For us, it was the first-time home buying in the US. Rupal listened patiently our needs, likes and dislikes about the home we are interested in. On the very next day she shared handpicked homes that we would be interested in. Rupal was prompt in informing and scheduling viewings of new listings to ensure we do not miss any good opportunities. During showings, we really appreciated her explanations about pros and cons of the properties but at the same time allowing my wife and me to independently make the decision. Rupal was always available for any discussion and clarifying any doubts. We felt comfortable talking to her about almost anything. Her genuine interest was to find a home meeting our needs. She did not stop looking until she found the property that best suits your requirements. We ended up buying a new construction home and she skillfully negotiated to the maximum.
