Russ has been a realtor for over 31 years and remains enthusiastic about the industry. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and holds the CDPE, GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Russ believes that continued education is the key to success. He graduated from the Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy in 2008 and the National Association of Realtor Leadership Academy in 2012. In 2010, he was published in the book "Leaders and Legends."
In 2009, Russ served as the President of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. He was also appointed to the Maryland Realtors Executive Committee in 2010 and served as the President of the Maryland Realtors in 2014.
Russ is actively involved in various local, state, and national committees. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He strongly believes in leading by example and empowering as many people as possible along the way.
Russ will be serving his clients throughout Southern Maryland and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area from our new Waldorf office.
