I had been looking for a home for months, and had absolutely no luck. That’s when I got in touch with Russ: within a week of talking with him, he found a house that fit my budget, in the exact area I wanted, and within 24 hours of me touring it and saying “this is the one”, he had me under contract. He went above and beyond, another lender I was working with was giving me issues (as an FHA buyer I’m very new to this), he got me in touch with his network of people and we were at the closing table in just 2 weeks. My wife and I are still in disbelief at the house we got considering the housing market today, and the horror stories our friends have told us with their first time buying houses.
