Russell has been described as a creative, knowledgeable, and caring visionary. He thinks that description suits him well! He is passionate about homes and people. As a graduate of the Art Institute, he has a knack for architecture and design. He also has a degree in Human Resources Management. These complimentary degrees both help him blend the human side of real estate with the architectural and design aspect. Helping clients see what a house can be, and how to make it perfect for their needs as a home is what drives him. He brings many years of real estate experience to his clients. In fact, he has negotiated, purchased, and renovated more than three dozen homes himself over the past 30 years, not including those for design and/or real estate clients! Every client is special and unique. He likes to look for things that are personal to the client and incorporate many of them into improving the client’s experience. To him, it is about exceeding their expectations with something truly meaningful. One way he helps do this is with his “eye for design.” His years as a Human Resources Director have trained him to troubleshoot, resolve problems, work effectively with a diverse audience, and above all be compassionate. You could say he brings a calming effect to buying and selling real estate. He has lived in Tucson for more than 20 years. Originally from North Carolina, he moved to Germany during his later childhood years. Since then, he has continued to travel extensively throughout the world and have had the opportunity to live and own property in Denver, Portland, San Diego and now Tucson.
