Russell was born into the Real Estate business coming from a long line of RE Professionals. Family members include RE Investors, RE Attorneys, RE CPAs, RE Appraisers, as well as RE Sales Associates. You can just imagine the dinner conversation around the table does not stray too far from his passion which is REAL ESTATE.
After attending college at USF, Russell joined his father's RE Appraisal Company in Fort Myers, Florida where he became a state licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Having a gift for sales, he later decided to move back to New York, his hometown, where he was introduced to the Manhattan RE market and excelled as a Listings Champion for Citi-Habitats (Corcoran Company), the city's largest residential brokerage. Russell quickly excelled to Top Producer and Platinum award winner having generated over $22 million in 2005. He was promoted to Managing Director of the company's Upper West Side office on Broadway where he was responsible for 80 agents, turning that branch into the Firms Top Producing Office between 2005 and 2011.
A search for new challenges and a desire for warmer weather, Russell decided to bring his Salesmanship to the Tampa Bay area. Originally settling in on Harbor Island, South Tampa, and most recently moved out by the beaches to Treasure Island, Pinellas County. Now after 10 years in Florida, he is well versed in the entire Tampa Bay Market. That is one of the things he loves about Century 21 Brokerage. C21 Beggins is the top C21 in the entire Southeastern US and has 8 offices in three local counties. Access to experts is a powerful tool and a huge benefit to himself and his clients.
During ten years in Tampa Bay, Russell has reached the Top Level and was awarded the Centurion ranking with Century 21. His experience covers the gamut having closed many residential transactions including commercial real estate, investment opportunities, and a specialty in Land Acquisition, working with several of the area's Top Builders in Single Family and Multi-Family construction.

For recreation, Russell enjoys golf, tennis, volleyball, and plays in a softball league. His favorite recreational passion though, is boating. The best times of his life have been on the water as it always brings friends and family together.
