Russ was amazing. We were looking to move somewhere closer to work and where we could walk and bike out the front door. We had a great house where we were and no pressure to move beyond the desire for a change in lifestyle. My wife and I were left with a disaster and very misused family estate. We asked Russ for his guidance and experience to step in and help with the sale. Proceeding as expected, Russ, offered his expert skill and knowledge. We were able to achieve maximum productivity and with very little expense to position the house for sale. The house was vacated July 15, 2023. we closed August 10. Exceptionally Good if I do say so myself.
