Russell Rantz

Russell aka “Russ” or “Rusty” or anything else you want to call him was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago. He is the founder and owner of Green Ivy Realty & Property Management and if it wasn’t obvious by the name he is a big Chicago Cubs fan and enjoys watching games at Wrigley Field. He started the company in early 2007 after many years of running a property management department for an investment company here in Chicago. At the time he felt there was an opportunity to help homeowners who were upside down on their properties by finding them a good tenant and managing their home till market values went back up. Out of the many hats that Russ currently wears for the company his primary role is Senior Property Manager and Managing Broker. He loves coming to work every day and being part of a team that tries to provide the best property management services possible.
