In December of 2005, as newlyweds, Russell Siminoff’s wife and he embarked on one of the biggest projects of their lives: the purchase of their first home.
Over the first three months of 2006, they visited 44 homes, spread across three different counties. It was certainly emotionally tiring, and you may expect that it was stressful. But actually, it was…fun! For that, Russell credits his agent.
Russell’s agent Jeffrey Bogert never pressured them and showed remarkable patience. Over time, they learned from each other and started to weed out things they did not want and hone in on things that were important to them. Eventually, they found a nice house in a great neighborhood in Parsippany and closed on it in March of 2006.
When Russell was seeking a career change and decided to get into real estate, there was only one call he made, and that was to his old agent, Jeffrey Bogert. Jeffrey now manages the Morristown Coldwell Banker office, and Russell quickly realized this was the perfect place for him to be.
Russell has over 25 years of experience in completing projects, first in the market research industry, and then in the wild world of autograph authentication. He never missed a deadline and was extremely detail oriented. Whether he was wrapping up a tobacco promotion study, or studying a Babe Ruth autograph, Russell’s clients and co-workers knew him as someone who they could both trust and share a laugh with.
