Russell worked very hard all throughout the day and night as we progressed through our process. We had a short closing window and Russell was a trusted advocate for us when we were in a jam with our loan. He used phone and texting to keep us up to date and was always a step ahead of us. Great with our kiddos and very patient with my millions of questions! It felt great to have his wisdom and counseling. Highly recommended!

I was looking for investment property and finally I found it.
Russell sat down with me and told me the pros and cons.
There was no sugar coating just straight talk regarding what I have to watch out for and how I should do it. Hard to find a guy like that these days.
We went trough the closing together which wasn't easy because of Covid19.
He found me a tenant and helped me with the renting contract as well.
Highly recommend Russell to everyone who is looking for a property.
BTW : He just found the perfect house for my coworker.

As a first-time home buyer, I came into our initial meeting with a list of deal breakers, some must-haves, and a couple of ideal features in mind. Rusty told me to list out all my ideal features, and we would find something that fit what I was really hoping for.
Since we weren't sure exactly where we wanted to live, he showed us options in several different neighborhoods. When I told him my dad thought we should see some foreclosures (no thanks), Rusty didn't even bat an eye, and threw some of those in there too. When he saw something in a house that he thought would cost us money down the line, he pointed it out. I always felt like his goal was to meet our needs so we would have a strong relationship over time, instead of making a quick sale. We found the house we were looking for, and loved it.
When it came time to move on years later, Rusty was our first call. He made the selling process as easy as the buying process. I would recommend Rusty without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Back in 2010, Rusty helped our young family with kids ages 0, 2 & 4 find a perfect home within our budget and a very special neighborhood to us. It wasn’t easy, but he stayed patient with us and earned our respect. We have kept in touch with Rusty throughout the years and now 9 years later, with our kids ages 9, 11, and 13, we’re preparing to move out-of-state for work purposes. Rusty was the first and only person who came to our minds because he’s such a nice guy, who is down to earth and knows his real estate stuff and we trust him. He’s able to take the realty language and bring it down to our level so it’s easy to understand and for us to become more educated along the way. Rusty goes above and beyond, is very professional, and wants the best for the family he’s helping. He’s also been helping my parents in search of a good retirement home to settle down in. He has become a family favorite over time and we highly recommend him to whoever we know could use him for help.
