Rusty was on the ball. Discovered our likes and dislikes and focused on those. There were a few homes that looked good on paper and Rusty went to check them out first to help avoid the long drive and time away to go and see them. He was involved and attentive and always took our calls and texts ( and there were alot!). We would recommend Rusty to anyone looking to buy or sell. Good guy. Was a realtor and then became a friend! If we buy again it will be with Rusty.

We bought a house site unseen through Rusty. He gave us his “expert” opinion of the house and we felt confident in moving forward.

We were extremely pleased when we finally travelled to Roswell and we’re able to view the house - it was exactly how Rusty had described it.

Through the whole process Rusty was the consummate professional. Attentive to our needs and willing to do the extra things to make the whole process seamless.
