Ruta is my one stop shop for any property related concerns. When I purchased my first property , Ruta was my buyers agent and my experience was amazing. Now when I sell that property after 5 years, again Ruta helped me in selling the property. When I listed the property, it was winters in Chicago and market was not on the best side, but Ruta managed to get buyers attention with her marketing skills and open houses, and i was able to close it in expected time. She helped me in every phase, and recommended me many points which i may have missed during the negotiation process which resulted me getting the best deal.
Although I relocated from Chicago, but if future beings me here again, Ruta will be my next agent in buying property without a second thought.
