We have used Ruth Broom all of our real estate transactions over the last 29 years - she always goes above and beyond in her representation of us, whether as a seller or buyer. We just closed on a property where she represented us as the buyer in a 1031 exchange which we were not familiar with. With her previous experience in this type of complicated escrow and her years of expertise, we had a very smooth escrow and are extremely happy with our new purchase . Ruth is a true professional in the real estate business with good knowledge, patience, connections and the will to serve what the client needs. She is very responsive all the time and follows up with the details. We made offers on 3 houses during our search and we had to walk away from 2 of them for different reasons. Ruth did not pressure us into going thru with either one of them during the difficult times and she continues to work with us in searching for a better house for us until we close escrow on the 3rd one.
