Ruth Burney is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and New York State of Association of Realtors (NYSAR).
Ruth’s vast experience in Business, Marketing, Government Agency, and Real Estate yield her as the perfect candidate to represent you in the Real Estate buying and selling process. She specializes in Cooperative Apartments, Condominiums/Town Homes, Single family/Multi family Homes, Estates, Land, and Commercial sales. She has fostered a creative knack for navigating through the sales process as she masterfully executes hard negotiations.
Ruth takes a special interest in the “First Time Home Buyer”; she loves to teach her clients of the home buying process and provide guidance towards the acquisition. She has an in-depth understanding of today’s marketplace and uses this knowledge to the advantage of her clients.
Ruth has committed her life’s work to public service, in a variety of capacities. In addition to Real Estate Sales, Ruth has been serving as a Civil Servant for Westchester County’s Local County Government for over 10 years; she is a proud member of Westchester’s local employee’s union, and volunteers her service towards voter registering and Election Day.
Ruth is an Alumnus of the College of Westchester, SUNY Empire State College, and SUNY Westchester Community College, where she has earned a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, and Small Business/Entrepreneurship.
In her leisure time, Ruth delights in freelance photography, fine dining, and a newly formed love for sewing! In addition, she is heavily involved in her community and the pursuit of higher learning, serving as an Admissions Ambassador for her Alma Mater.
