I only have good things to say about Ruth, she was amazing from the start! She asked the right questions which helped me evaluate my options better and had very strong local knowledge. Once I found my home the process went so smooth it felt like my home was meant to be. It was also just a fun experience with her lively and caring personality, she always had a smile on her face. Ruth was ready to tackle any questions or concerns I had and was quick to action, reach out and research until she got me an answer. She was always available and was by my side throughout every step. I’m so lucky to have found Ruth and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

I was helping my sister find the perfect place for her and my dad, and Ruth made the entire process less stressful and effortless—despite the challenges of the market.

Ruth made the process of buying our first home an absolute dream! My husband and I were moving to the DMV area from another state and Ruth was truly phenomenal. We had a short timeline and an even shorter time to come look at homes, but we managed to see 14 in the span of two days! Given that this was our first home buying experience, her insights and knack for pointing out specifics that we wouldn’t have known to look for were crucial in finding the perfect home. My wife and I have worked with Ruth to buy 3 houses and sell 2 . She has been fantastic every step of the way. In fact, we would have been happy continuing to work with Ruth if she was just as good as she was when we first worked with her 7 years ago. But over time she has gotten even better. Her advice is the difference that won us our dream (and current) home, and it was the difference that got us a great price on our last house. To all you people out there losing bidding wars and feeling like you could have gotten a better price when you sold: it’s not you. It’s your lack of Ruth.

Ruth was so helpful! We hadn't bought a house in many years, and Ruth walked us through the current real estate market, timelines, etc. She answered all of our questions and provided great guidance and expertise.
She was able to do live video walk-throughs of houses, when we were not able to visit on short-notice.
She also provided great communication, and quick replies to my messages.

Ruth is the best! She's so personable, and such a pleasure to work with. She gave us great advice throughout the home buying process, which for most others like us, was quite stressful with the market being what it has been. She helped alleviate that stress, and always made us feel like we were in the best hands. She responded quickly to questions and was always prompt at getting us scheduled to see places. She helped us find and buy a home that had so many of our must-haves and several things we really hoped for, but didn't think we would ever get. Ruth was so wonderful to work with! As first-time homebuyers, she helped us navigate a difficult market and find a home that we love (and even got us money back on closing!) From start to finish, she made herself so available and was able to show us properties so quickly, sometimes even that day when I sent her places of interest. She really knows the DMV area and was able to give us so much info about various neighborhoods. All of her recommendations for home inspector, mortgage lender, title company, etc. were top notch. Ruth was fantastic to work with and I can’t recommend her enough for your realty needs.
