Ruth Miner handled two sales and a purchase for me in Stamford CT. and managed a rental. She was incredible!! Besides being very professional and knowledgeable about Stamford and rhe surrounding towns she always also went the extra mile or 10 to offer assistance with finding repair people when necessary giving info about schools and even helped find a great daycare place!! The people she found to make repairs or in one instance a new roof were reasonable in their pricing, handled the matters quickly and to a high standard! I was living out of the area at the time so I was very appreciative! She did a great job of pricing my properties and also was really working hard to get the best price for me as a buyer and seller!! Having been in the business in the area for decades she really understands values!!

I could not recommend her higher!!

Ruth is the consummate professional!
She listened to us and quickly understood our needs when looking for a new home.
She didn’t ‘push’ homes on us that didn’t check the boxes on our list.
Rather, she winnowed down the many houses that were available and showed us houses that were good for us, and were within our price range.
She also helped us find local craftsmen that could help us after we moved in.
She is a great resource!
