We actually found Ruthy through #tacomarealtor ! Her Instagram had informative videos on questions to ask your realtor and etc. She spent 1.5 hours on zoom just for an introductory meeting! Then a month later we began to search for a home in Tacoma. It was completely virtual, since we were still in Texas. I believe she showed us 8-10 homes via FaceTime, and was completely honest with any flaws or things that were off about the area or home! Also in this sellers market, we were afraid that we would just get outbid in all the ones we loved! She was able to beat out the other offers and we secured a home at an affordable price! She is great at looking at all the details in the contact and made us feel so comfortable purchasing a home virutually!

Ruthy Taylor is an awesome realtor to have. She is ALWAYS available in some way. I have called her before and got her voicemail, moments later she texted saying she was in a meeting or on a call and she'd get back to me asap. Ruthy always lets you know what's going on, who you are waiting for info from, why something is taking so long etc. She's very informative, super sweet, funny, speedy response times (via call/text/email). When you hire Ruthy, you are hiring an all around advocate, not just an agent. We hired Ruthy to find a house for my mom that was moving back to Washington from out of state. She balanced all of our requests for communication between myself and my mom to expedite decisions, and present the greatest options fitting within our parameters. Beyond that, when we found a house, she really went to work. Because of Ruthy, we were able to put in the first bid on a house within hours of it hitting the market. When the seller extended the consideration time for bids, we were in competition with four other bidders. Ruthy came up with a strategy that leveraged all that we could bring to the table to make the seller happy, and resulting in the winning bid, even though we weren't the highest. I'm telling you right now, if you haven't hired an agent yet for your listing or buying needs, hire Ruthy at Mosaic immediately. If you are already considering an agent to work with, tell them thank you anyway, and then go hire Ruthy at Mosaic. If you are an agent, find a way to work for Ruthy, or ask her to be your mentor. This is not hyperbole. Let me tell you my story.

We were fortunate enough to have met Ruthy through mutual friends a while ago. When the time came recently for us to search for a new home, we reached out to her and her team at Mosaic. We knew that the current housing market was ruthless and buyers were in fierce competition for homes, and we hoped that Ruthy would be able to give us a competitive advantage in the market. She exceeded those expectations by leaps and bounds.

We found the home of our dreams within an hour of it hitting the market, and with Ruthy's help, we were the first ones in the home for a tour within 4 hours of it being listed. Then with Ruthy's expert guidance, we had our offer in the sellers hands and they accepted it that very night. 12 hours on the market, and Ruthy had us mutual on our dream home.

Here's the catch in our story. We had to sell our home at the same time. We had 3 business days to get it listed. Ruthy came over right away and walked us through our own home, pointing out ways that we could stage the home to make it more marketable for pictures and showings. She showed up with the photographer on a Sunday, making sure that every possible angle was covered and detailed in the best possible way for the listing. Our home listed and sold within 24 hours while others in the area have sat on the market for a month or more.

It doesn't end there. Most agents would bail at this point and move on to the next client. Every single step of the way, Ruthy was there, pushing the lenders, pushing the other agents, pushing the escrow brokers, constantly behind us, making sure that we made it to closing for both the purchase and sale. She even stepped up in areas that the buyers agent should have stepped up just to make sure that we made it to the finish line. She coordinated it all and made us feel like we genuinely had someone in our corner who cared about us. She went above and beyond every reasonable (and unreasonable) expectation that I could imagine.

Hire Ruthy Taylor right now. It will be the best decision that you can make for what is the biggest investment of your life. You need the guidance and advice of someone who will have your best interests at heart.
