Ryan Bleggi is the Managing Broker for John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, Central office, and his passion is coaching and being a resource for his agents to have a high income per hour worked, so they do not forget to have fun (and have a life outside of real estate)!
Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Ryan brings an easily approachable Midwestern style to his leadership roles. After graduating from Boardman High School, he attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated with a degree in accounting. For the four years after Notre Dame, Ryan worked in the technology sales and consulting field in downtown Chicago. This background helped him to craft his high tech, high-efficiency approach to real estate.
Having spent many weeks in Naples, Florida on vacation, Ryan decided to relocate in 2004 and begin his real estate career in Southwest Florida. Ryan joined John R. Wood Properties in 2016 after being a partner in his own boutique real estate firm in Naples. He spent 12 years selling real estate prior to joining the management team.
Ryan believes strongly in giving his time and being involved in the real estate industry at all levels. Some of his leadership roles have included 2022 President of NABOR®, Vice President of NABOR®, Treasurer of NABOR®, Director of NABOR®, Director of Florida REALTORS®, Chairman of the MLS Committee, Chair of the Grievance Committee, and a member of numerous other committees, notably Professional Standards.
He us currently married to his wife Kari, and they are raising two beautiful girls, Brynn, and Braelyn.
