On the selling side, Ryan’s expertise helped us develop the perfect strategy for us to earn top dollar and close quickly. On the buying side, Ryan made sure we had a strong offer and absolutely hustled to submit it as quickly as possible, so we were able to buy the home we loved most. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was a strong advocate for us. He is the high character person you want representing your best interests in the housing market.

Ryan Boggs and Jon Schumm were fantastic throughout the whole process that we started in late summer. We were very picky and we let them know that it would probably take us months to find the perfect house and they never let that get in the way of providing A+ service. Through all the ups and downs of the process, Jon was there to clarify any confusion, and talk me off the ledge when things seemed difficult! Ryan will forever be our realtor! Not only did he find us the PERFECT house, he kept us calm and hopeful through the process! In the meantime of looking for houses, he also Facetimed my husband and I when we were traveling. The housing marketing right not demands innovative, quick, consistent, and creative realtors in order to actually be able to WIN a house. Ryan helped us find a pocket listing, and from there we were able to seal the deal. Like I said, Ryan will forever be our realtor!

This is the second home I have purchased with Ryan and I would not choose another realtor in Nashville. On top of always being available for us, the week before closing I came down with Covid and Ryan went above and beyond to work with my lender to find a way to still be able to close!

We met Ryan at an open house he was conducting.
We were impressed.
When we were ready to list, we interviewed three agents, including Ryan.
He brought a complete plan to the meeting that included staging consultation, photos, digital walk-through and marketing strategy.
We had a lot of showings, consistent throughout the listing period and culminating with a successful closing.
Speaking of closing, got to give a shout out to Liz!
Liz handled all the pre-closing communication between us and the buyers people. Her communication, coordination and handling of all the details shouldn’t be undervalued!
We loved it, my wife was disappointed we didn’t get to thank her face to face!
Great experience.

Ryan and his team were great, we made the switch to Ryan part way through the selling process.
