A few months ago we mentioned to Ryan that we were considering moving to another neighborhood, and now we are in a wonderful home. Thank you Ryan! He helped make our home sale and new home purchase a very easy process. He is patient, knowledgeable and thorough and really cares to make sure our experience was the very best. He joked that activity would surely spike while he and our family were on vacation, and sure enough, they did. Even while he was out of town and time zones away he was immediately responsive and helpful making sure he and his team covered every angle for a successful transaction. We met Ryan Carson by luck as he happened to live across the street from the house we were renting when we moved to Sarasota. He not only became our Real Estate agent but was our go to source for everything Sarasota. He provided us with fantastic references for everything from Kid's camps to plumbers and electricians. As far as Real Estate goes, Ryan knows the market inside and out. He has seen it in good cycles and bad cycles.
