Garrett Criswell from the Redlow Group helped my wife and I find the perfect home from across the country. We were relocating from the west coast to the shores of Lake Shafer. The first time we visited the lake, Garrett showed us a few homes and while we did not find the perfect place on that trip, we did find the perfect agent. Garrett was able to understand what we were looking for, monitor the market for newly listed homes, and helped us see the homes virtually through videos, pictures, and descriptions. This helped us find our beautiful forever home. We are now settled and happy with the process of purchasing and of course the home itself. Thank you Garrett!

I think I presented a serious problem for any realtor. I walked in the door and I just told him my situation and they promised to help me.
You know the market was pretty rough and the prices were very high. Garrett criswell took me by the hand and found Me a lender that would give me a pre-approval. Then we started looking for homes and there were none in my price range. He told me the perfect house would pop up that he would just keep watching for me. And so he did.
After several weeks or a couple months there was a home that I had told him I wanted, back at the very beginning. They lowered their price when the snow flew and there was an opportunity and we made an offer. This was on Christmas Eve. The offer was made and accepted. I got the letter that they accepted my offer the day after Christmas. Who says Realtors don't work. I've been in my house now for a couple weeks. It's the one that I wanted from the very start. I don't know of any realtor who would have gone so far for a man with so little.
I'll never be able to repay all that has been given to me. I have been blessed, with the home and the pleasure of meeting Mr criswell. If you're looking for someone with God on their side and endless energy then Garrett criswell would be your man. Thank you, you have changed my life and my family's life.
