Ryan & Jenni are the best Realtors who “do more”—and make you feel like your needs are first priority. I truly believe God brought us to Ryan & Jenni. We were looking for our future retirement home Up North and we met them when we called on a property that was for sale. Although the property we called on was already sold, they took the time to speak to my husband and me. We felt a connection with them right away.
From the first conversation when we spoke on the phone, they spent their evening getting to know us and understanding what we wanted. From there on out, they were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but thought we needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make the right decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking and they would proactively provide that information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Ryan & Jenni do it, they set our expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.
Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. It was great having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations. It was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. They were always so candid and provided their own perspective of different aspects of each home that they thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what they had learned about us. We truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but they are really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. The process of buying a home is very stressful. But as you can see, based on the above, Ryan & Jenni went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all their clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout.
We truly consider them not just agents, but friends. Overall, I would strongly recommend Ryan & Jenni to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their attention to detail and level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding —from lending to sourcing reputable inspection companies to closing. This is the new model, that other tired agencies can only aspire to. I cannot say enough about our experience with Ryan & Jenni. They set the highest standards, and truly practice “service above self.” You won this customer!

Jenni and Ryan helped us extensively with the sale of our condo and the purchase of our home. Our house hunt was a long one, but they remained very responsive and helpful throughout the journey. Most of our showings were with Jenni and I appreciated how she listened while we expressed our thoughts on the homes rather than trying to sway us one way or the other. There is so much I could say about how they assisted us but to sum it up I so appreciated their willingness to show us dozens of homes, and how they advocated for us in the process — this became especially important when seeing the house that we eventually purchased as showings were initially all booked but Jenni got us in almost immediately after a potential buyer cancelled and a spot opened up!

We purchased our first home this month with The Craig’s as our agents; I’ll add that we went through the entire process from 1,000 miles away (military family).

The housing market this year is unbelievably competitive and we honestly were unsure how soon we would find a home, and we had a deadline!
Ryan and Jenni assured us that they would find us the perfect house and with enough time for us to arrive when we were supposed to.

After several offers, we had one accepted and found a perfect home for our family. The Craig’s worked to make it happen. They answered our questions, called to let us know what was going on with any delays, kept us in the loop and explained everything to us.

After 8 months of trying to sell our house, my partner and I were feeling beyond exhausted with the process and just wanted our house to be sold. We interviewed several new agents to relist our house with, but immediately felt connected to Ryan and Jenni. They expressed empathy to our situation, offered new and unique approaches, and were incredibly enthusiastic about being able to sell our house. Ryan bent over backwards to prepare our property to be relisted, including referring us to some trusted professionals as well as even doing some renovations himself to help it move faster. A short time later, we ended up with a total of 4 offers on our house and closed on a deal that far exceeded any expectations we had throughout this entire process.
