Ryan Dietrick

Ryan Dietrick is a commercial real estate specialist with extensive experience in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania regions. He focuses on commercial sales, leasing, and development projects.
Ryan has been a resident of the Lehigh Valley for over 30 years, providing him with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
Throughout his career, Ryan has been associated with several reputable firms. He was a partner at Dietrick Group, LLC, a full-service real estate advisory company based in Allentown, PA, specializing in commercial and residential sales/leasing, commercial appraisal, and property management. He also served as Senior Vice President in the Office Division at Colliers International in Allentown.
Currently, Ryan is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Commercial Real Estate.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ryan is actively involved in the community. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV) and also on the Board of Advisors for Culture Kicks, LLC, a sneaker and lifestyle brand company based out of Philadelphia, PA.
