Ryan Duvally

Heritage Realty & Custom Homes was formed in 2006 by Ryan DuVally. Ryan being a Rehoboth native loves the small-town family atmosphere and continues building communities based of those values. Ryan's wife, Nicole, retired from the Rehoboth police department in 2015. She obtained her real estate license and partnered with Ryan to pursue a family-owned company.

Almost 15 years later, Ryan and Nicole have grown Heritage Realty & Custom Homes to be one of the premier real estate & home building companies serving the South Coast area. The Heritage Realty & Custom Homes team consists of nine employees, comprised of real estate agents, designers, construction managers, and administration specialist's, their combined experience averages over 50 years in the industry.
