About Ryan

Ryan Ehmen was born in Florida, raised in Wisconsin, and moved back to Florida in 2014 where Naples has been his home ever since. He has a background in IT and mortgages prior to real estate and a hobby in beekeeping.

Ryan says that apart from helping people buy and sell homes, the most enjoyable aspect of real estate is meeting people from all different walks of life. Having helped clients from various countries and many different states, there is always something learned when spending time and forging long-lasting friendships with everyone.

Transparency has always been the highest of Ryan's priorities with clients and everyone else involved in a real estate transaction. It's always best to do the right thing and to facilitate transactions in an open and honest way. Having been on the ethics committee for 3 years at the local board of realtors, Ryan's exposure to the good, bad, and ugly really gave him an inside look at how the industry can go awry over simple and complex issues and everything in between.

Although this is a small, independent company, it prides itself in having a “team” of trusted professionals to help clients with anything they may need throughout the contract and beyond the closing date!
