Ryan Eklund

Ryan Eklund is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Stonecliff. Prior to Stonecliff, Ryan led NetCapital Real Estate Advisors, a boutique investment sales and advisory firm he founded in 2022. NetCapital Real Estate Advisors’ unique value-add proposition of offering dedicated site selection will continue to be a client-driven priority at Stonecliff.

Before NetCapital, Ryan spent over seven years at HFF (now JLL), leading the Carolinas Net Lease team. He has been involved in 80 transactions, totaling over $550 million. At Stonecliff, Ryan oversees the site selection team and focuses on investment sales and advisory, offering services such as disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange advisory, asset analysis, sale-leaseback structuring, valuation analysis, and client advocacy.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Education from The University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, supporting the Tennessee Volunteers, golfing, and being on the water.
