We had the great fortune of meeting Ryan at an open house in our neighborhood. He was so helpful and personable in that first meeting we decided once we had a timeline for buying, he was our guy. We’re from out of state and didn’t know all the ins and outs of San Diego. Ryan was so gracious in getting us showings all around the area and gave us great information about each spot. We narrowed it down to Chula Vista. We ended up at a showing at a beautiful home, but weren’t looking to buy for a few months. Ryan called the next day with a unique opportunity - an earlier close with a rent back option. It solved all of our problems, and we beat out two other higher offers because of our ability to work with the sellers’ timeline. All of this was possible only because of Ryan’s close attention to detail and constant work for us as his clients. It was our first experience buying a home, and Ryan’s responsiveness, kindness and professionalism made it as smooth as we could’ve hoped. We’re so thankful we found Ryan and cannot recommend him highly enough.

RYAN IS AMAZING! We were selling our house and Ryan worked with us through our accelerated timeline. He firstly wanted to ensure our needs were met but also kept our expectations realistic.

Ryan worked tirelessly in the background while we focused on getting the house prepared for showings. He always made sure we were up to date with information pertaining to our house and was always available for a conversation at anytime of day.

The first few minutes of meeting Ryan, I knew he was going to meet all of my expectations of finding my condo.
