Ryan Gable is a 12-year veteran of the real estate industry, and the founder and CEO of StartingPoint Realty. He began StartingPoint Realty to provide professional guidance and real estate education to first-time home buyers, who are generally under-served by typical real estate companies.
Starting his business in 2004, Ryan has grown StartingPoint Realty to 2 office locations and 14 brokers serving Chicago and Suburbs. Ryan’s market insights have been featured on NBC news, WGN radio, WBBM radio, WTTW, along with Crains, Chicago Tribune, Daily Herald, realtor.com Magazine, Zillow, and several online publications. His advocacy for first-time buyers has earned him the respect of civic leaders and industry peers alike. Yet the strongest proof of Ryan’s dedication is found in the many positive reviews and personal testimonials of satisfied clients.
Ryan and StartingPoint Realty provide numerous resources to first-time home buyers, free of charge or obligation. These include first-time home buyer seminars that take place year-around throughout Chicagoland, as well as a monthly newsletter and bi-weekly blog. In 2014, Ryan opened the Chicago Resource Center, a sales-free location where anyone interested in home ownership could ask questions in person, and obtain free information about neighborhoods, schools, public transportation and the home buying process.
