I met Ryan at a showing for a set of houses on the market that were local to me. I did not realize what a gem I had until I continued working with Ryan to find a house for sale in the Newport area. As we worked together to look at different houses, I began to see what type of real estate professional I was working with. Ryan was very helpful, informative and one of the most responsive people I've ever met. We worked together a great deal via phone texting. I was amazed on how quickly Ryan responded to both my wife and I as we had questions, looked for statuses or asked to be set up for showings. It didn't matter what time of day that I probed Ryan, he delivered. When we went to look at houses, Ryan never missed an appointment and was never late. If Ryan even thought he could possibly be late, he would text me to make sure I knew well ahead of time that he might be late. He would text me reminders an hour ahead of time, to make sure I remembered our appointment to see a particular property. In my discussions with Ryan, he always listened to what I had to say and was willing to help share his input, when I felt I needed his advice. This was very helpful to me, when the time came to decide on purchasing the house we decided was right for us. When it came time to get down to the home inspection and the nitty gritty of the negotiations, Ryan was in my corner and was always attentive to getting the various documents to me to sign, making sure they got to the seller's side and would always provide timely updates regarding the documents without me asking for updates. He provided helpful feedback that allowed us to work with the seller agent to get the agreement done. In the future, I will give Ryan's name to anyone I know who is looking for a real estate professional to work with. Ryan has more than earned my accolades and I will do what I can to offer him clients whenever possible. Yes, he is that good! - markrb41
