Ryan Holland

Ryan Holland is a founding member of CR Holland. He graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a degree in Economics and Finance. Ryan specializes in developing financial models which incorporate total project development cost, projected revenues, operating costs, and financing strategy to determine how to make a project feasible. He also specializes in creating economic impact studies which analyze the total direct and indirect impact a project will have on the local economy. Ryan has experience in apartment management including management structures, staffing strategies, and operational costs, apartment financing, construction management and budgeting, land acquisition and government approvals, contract negotiations, and he is a licensed real estate broker.
