Having lived his entire life in the Oklahoma City metro, Ryan Hukill brings to The Agency an in-depth knowledge of the history and forward direction for the city he calls home.
Since graduating Putnam City North and going on to study at OSU-OKC, Ryan has worked solely in service, sales, and marketing positions. In 2002, after an 8-year stretch as a third-generation insurance agent in his family's agency, and after much prompting from his mentor and several close friends, he made a move into the Real Estate industry, aligning with Newhaven Homes, one of the largest home builders in our area at the time.
Ryan's position as a Community Manager quickly revealed that real estate is where he was meant to be. His sales background allowed him instant success, but the knowledge he obtained working with developers, builders, and contractors, as well as being directly involved in the struggles between builder and buyer, was much more valuable, giving him the experience necessary to keep emotions at bay and negotiations moving forward. This expertise is what enables him to do what he enjoys most… smoothing out the home buying & selling process for his clients. He finds that helping others enjoy the process and realize their financial/real estate goals is highly fulfilling, and his client reviews reflect that.
As a result, Ryan has closed over $89MM in real estate sales throughout the state, including Edmond, Deer Creek, Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Eufala, Cashion, Piedmont, and more.
He's also served on numerous real estate committees at the local and state level, served as a director and vice-president in the Oklahoma City association, been directly involved in several legislative advancements for the real estate industry, been voted by his peers for the 'best use of social media,' and been named a local Reader’s Choice Award Winner as Best Real Estate Associate.

Outside of masterfully guiding his clients, Ryan enjoys his time with family most. He and his wife Brooke Hukill have 5 very active children. You'll usually find them boating at Lake Eufala, camping in the mountains of Western Colorado, exploring the country in their Jeeps, soaking up the sun on various beaches, watching their artsy teenager in his next creative venture, traveling the country with their aspiring hockey player, taking in a baseball game, mingling at local festivals & events, or seeing as much of the varied terrain & culture as possible, right here in our great state.
