Ryan Israel

Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience and industry knowledge to the firm including an 8-year track record of success as commercial broker at the local NAI brokerage where he specialized in the sale and lease of commercial/industrial facilities. Ryan's primary focus at Ellington Realty Group is on the advisement and management of our client's properties to maximize value and return on investment while fulfilling the client's financial goals.

Ryan has earned the prestigious CCIM designation having completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. In addition, Ryan is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

He and his wife have two young children and live in North Asheville..
