My husband & I had asked Ryan to do a CMA on a commercial Bldg we own in Tacoma.

Not only did Ryan take the time to do a thorough search in the area, but he also stopped by with pictures, size of bldgs all completely organized in a binder for future reference.

I would personally highly recommend Ryan for a Residential project to a commercial.

As first time home buyers Ryan was extremely helpful in walking us through every step. He was very patient as we viewed many homes until we found the perfect one for us. He was always conscious of protecting our investment and only used the best home inspectors to aid in that objective (we actually voided one transaction when the inspection turned up potentially serious issues). He always kept us up to date during the excruciating closing process and reassured us that everything was moving along as planned. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a new home.
