Ryan Martin

Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Western Washington University (2022) and has been a licensed real estate broker in Washington State since 2003. Early in his career, Ryan partnered with KC Coonc and the two decided to specialize in commercial real estate sales and leasing. After outgrowing the first brokerage, Ryan and KC moved their licenses to Windermere Real Estate/Whatcom, Inc and help grow their commercial department over the next 13 years.

In 2019, the opportunity to purchase Pacific Continental Realty and Pacific Continental Maintenance presented itself. The purchase of those companies was completed in January 2020 and over the following three years the company size doubled. Currently, Ryan oversees all operations of the management business. In addition to overseeing management, Ryan also tracks and reports local commercial real estate data in a quarterly vacancy report prepared for all office, retail, and industrial properties in Bellingham, WA.
