Second time working w/ Ryan - this time on the selling side. I never thought I would use a realtor to sell, especially since I'm a real estate appraiser, but after talking to Ryan, it just made the most sense to give him the listing of our rental property. As expected, he was professional, communicative and fair. Life gets busy and it was such a relief to know Ryan was dealing w/ my tenants in a respectful, fair manner, scheduling the showings and negotiating the best deal for us! Ryan is incredible. He's guided us through 3 transactions now. 2 sales, and one purchase. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hardworking. This is my second time working with Ryan, he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Ryan has made us feel comfortable and confident during the scary yet exciting process of purchasing a new home. My husband and I are not new to the home buying process but there were many nights we sat back and looked at each other praising Ryan; we trust him whole heartedly and rest at night know he’s working diligently with our family's best interest in mind. I happened to come across a home that was on Zillow that I have had my eye on for a few years. I wasn’t really in the market looking to purchase a new home until I saw this posting. I reached out to Ryan and asked to do a walk-through and he met me the very next day. I wasn’t even preapproved at the time, but he gladly met with me and my wife. After the walk-through I explained to him that I still had to sell my residence and work on getting preapproved and asked if he would be willing to sell our house If we made an offer. I was preapproved the following day, submitted my offer, and we were off to the races. Ryan was able to have my house listed within two weeks and sold in less than one week. Ryan was able to streamline the process since he was selling my house as well as being my realtor for the new residence. He made one of the most stressful purchases of someone’s life absolutely stress-free and as smooth as glass. He took care of everything including things that I would normally have to take care of such as scheduling smoke alarm checks with the fire marshals. He was always quick to respond even when he was on vacation. I would absolutely recommend Ryan if you are purchasing or selling.

Ryan was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us as we weren't in a rush to buy. Once we found the right house he was hands on the entire time. His connections with other people in the industry, his knowledge of all of the aspects of home buying (roofs, furnaces, etc.), and his ability to answer or find answers to any and all questions made him a true asset as a realtor.
