Ryan made Pierce County his home in 1992 while earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puget Sound (UPS). Soon after graduation, Ryan joined Windermere and met his wife, Grace, during her purchase of a home. In their spare time, Ryan and Grace enjoy remodeling their Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in Proctor near Commencement Bay, purchasing and developing rental properties, and spending quality time with their sons, Jackson, and Sydney. During Ryan's time in real estate, he has represented clients as well as himself in every aspect of real estate marketing and investment.
