You can tell he takes his profession serious and is always up to date and will find you the best APR in the market. He goes above and beyond to to find you the right house that you want. He will
Make time to go see houses that you find based on your schedule. I highly recommend Ryan as your next agent if you are looking to sell or purchase a home. Even years after he sold us our house, he follows up via text to see how everything is going and will answer any question you may have.

Best realtor I’ve had hands down! Before I reached out to Ryan I’ve had 3 previous realtors and things were just not clicking right with them. I reached out to Ryan and told him the issues I’ve been having with the other realtors and he definitely showed me the opposite right away. Ryan will put your wants and needs first and will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge of his work is very much admired. Ryan was first introduced to me via some friends who mutually had him represent them purchasing a house. Ever since my first chat with Ryan, I knew I would be in good hands. Ryan is warm, knowledgable, flexible, and professional.

Most important, he got us a house in a very difficult, competitive market! He won a bidding war by helping us craft the most solid, comprehensive offer, without any back-and-forth counter offers, sparing us any emotional and financial exhaustion.
Ryan has a high emotional IQ, enabling him to collaborate well with sellers and other agents. He carries himself with confidence and is never pushy. He is a good listener who we felt always had our best interests at heart; he never pressured us to make a sale – he laid out the options, offered advice and then gave us space to make a decision.
When we hit the inevitable bumps in the road during the escrow process, Ryan resolved all problems honestly, patiently and promptly, relying on his experience to reassure us that all was fine.
He also handled our rent-back lease like a pro, negotiating the best terms for both sides.

My husband and I are first-time home-buyers, and we were lucky enough to meet Ryan at an open house on our very first day touring homes. We chatted with several other agents that day, but it was immediately clear that Ryan was the one we wanted to work with. He was friendly, professional, generous and honest with his expertise, and made it clear right off the bat that he was willing to work hard for us. This remained true throughout the whole process, as we constantly peppered him with newbie questions, hypothetical situations, and spent full days together touring homes across *all* of San Diego. We had a great time viewing homes together, and never felt pressure from Ryan to make any decision one way or the other. He brought his “realtor eye” with him at all times, and was quick to point out potential problems or big expenses in homes so that we could always make a fully-informed decision about any property we were interested in.

When we were ready to make our first(!) offer, Ryan was a total rock star. He made fast friends with the selling agent (and later the seller), strategically wrote our contract so that it was competitive but still protected us, and ultimately helped us beat out 10 other offers at only 2k above the next highest offer. For all the same reasons that we loved working with Ryan, so did everybody else involved in the transaction. Any tricky conversations or potential hiccups were smoothed over with ease, and we knew we could trust Ryan to be our advocate in the negotiations first and foremost.

We have heard so many horror stories of buyers having a terrible time finding a home (particularly in this market), but we can whole-heartedly say we had the complete opposite experience. Thanks to Ryan, we were able to buy the home of our dreams—and on top of that, we had a blast doing it! The only downside to how quickly and smoothly everything went is that we will legitimately miss our time together. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or not, if you are looking for a home in San Diego County, you will not regret choosing to work with Ryan!
