When you choose a real estate broker to help you buy or sell your home, or invest in real estate, what do you really know about them?

Given the amount of money involved, you ideally want to know what they are like to work with, how successful they are and their core values. Moving home is an emotional, complicated journey so the person you work with needs to be there with you every step of the way. It’s not just about finding a house if you’re buying, or finding a buyer if you’re selling. Once that offer has been accepted, does your realtor have the experience of getting through the inspection, appraisal and to the closing table?

If you chose to work with me you’ll be joining over 40 other clients I have successfully helped in the past 12 months. This accounts for over 50 transactions and $20 million in sales in 2022 alone, and crucially; a whole lot of experience of this current complicated and competitive market. To give you some context, I finished 2022 as the top producer at my office of over 120 brokers and in the top 1% of brokers in Northern Illinois according to MainStreet, who have over 20,000 Realtor members.
