About Ryan

Ryan Clay Peterson, a McAllen, Texas native, is a third-generation resident of the Rio Grande Valley. Having spent most of his life in Mission, Ryan graduated from Sharyland High School and attended Schreiner College in Kerrville, Texas before transferring to Sam Houston State University (SHSU) in Huntsville, Texas. Ryan graduated from SHSU with his Bachelor of Science – Criminal Justice degree.

On a visit home, Ryan realized the significant population growth and economic boom the Rio Grande Valley had experienced in recent years. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan recognized the continued growth of the Valley and the opportunities that real estate investments have to offer. Ryan pursued a career in real estate and was soon hired as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker La Mansion in McAllen, Texas. He now continues to excel in Real Estate with his business partner Brian Reed at the Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife, Julie and their young son, Calvin.
